How we handle business contact details

This notice explains how we use the business contact details we used to email you.

Who we are

What we hold and where it came from

Your business name, website, the business email address and phone number published on your website or in public business listings (for example OpenStreetMap), and the city you operate in.

Why, and on what basis

To offer your business a service that may be relevant to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in contacting businesses about relevant services (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We send at most three short emails.

How long we keep it

If you do not reply, we delete your details within 90 days of the first email. If you opt out, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so that we never email you again.

Who we share it with

Only the email-sending and hosting providers we use to run this outreach, under data processing agreements. We never sell contact details.

Your rights

You can object at any time and we will stop immediately: reply "no" to any email or use the unsubscribe link. You can also ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to hello@inquirycatch.com. You may complain to your data protection authority; ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
